Massage:

Deep Tissue:

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage helps relieve pain & reduce stress with a more relaxing touch. There is no deeper work involved. This type of massage is highly recommended if you do not like the Deep Tissue feeling or if you are a first time massage client. A 60 minute Therapeutic Session does include a warm peppermint foot wrap and a sugar scrub on the back, finishing with a warm towel.

Prenatal Massage

A Prenatal Massage is very relaxing and soothing massage. It is performed with a light touch for a more calming feeling. Positioning can be modified to ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby. Expecting mothers need to be atleast 12 weeks gestation with a written consent from an attending physician before service can be performed.

Dolphin Chair:

The Dolphin Chair is a very popular massage that is seen all over. You remain fully clothed and lean face down into the chair/face rest while having having any specific areas treated. This is good for a fast on the go session or a lunch time break.

Medi-Cupping

Cupping is used to create a seuction that holds the cup to the skin, helping with things like chronic pain, inflammation, increasing bloodflow and circulation. This is very popular with athletes

Spa Body Scrub

A nice sugar scrub to one specific area finished with a warm towel. Helps exfoliant the skin to remove debris and dead skin cells

Peppermint Foot Wrap:

Want to add a little bit more relaxation to your session? The Peppermint Foot Wrap is your go to... peppermint oils applied to your feet and then wrapped in hot towels is just the topper for much needed relaxation. It will leave your feet extra soft and feeling refreshed

Stay Over:

An extra 10 minutes on the table to just lay there and relax after the session is over. The therapist exits the room when the session is complete and the client has an extra 10 minutes to relax and maybe wake up. :)

Paraffin Wax Dip (Hands)

Relax your hands with a warm wax then wrapped in a warmer to hold and apply extra heat. Helps with arthritis, carpal tunnel, sore and achy joints.

Smaller Services Offered:

** These are small 20 minute sessions to focus on one specific area. This session is good for someone who is limited on time
